Snatch – heavy single (if attending Oly classes regularly, only go to 70%)

Complete for time:
21 kettlebell swings (as heavy as possible)
200m run (four gate touches)
15 kettlebell swings
150m run (three gate touches)
9 kettlebell swings
100m run (two gate touches)
15 kettlebell swings
150m run
21 kettlebell swings
200m run
