Level 2

1 snatch deadlift + 1 snatch – 15 minutes to work up to a moderate weight

Ring dips – 3 x max (or static holds at top/middle/bottom)

8 rounds for time:
8 single arm kettlebell thruster (20/12kg)
8 pistols
8 kettlebell reverse lunge (20/12kg)

Level 3

Snatch deadlift + snatch (70%) 5 x (1+1)

Ring dips – 3 x max (if desired add chains to increase difficulty)

8 rounds for time:
8 single arm kettlebell thruster (24/16kg)
8 pistols
8 kettlebell reverse lunge (24/16kg)
