Level 2

Sumo deadlift – 15 minutes to work up to a heavy 5

Handstand hold + hollow body 3 x 30 sec + 30 sec

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
6 front squats (50/35kg)
6 pull ups (scale with jumping pull ups, no bands)

Level 3

Sumo deadlift – 15 minutes to work up to a heavy 3

Handstand hold + hollow rocks 3 x 45 sec + 25 rocks

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
6 front squats (70/50kg)
6 chest-to-bar pull ups
