Clean & jerk  – take 15 minutes to work up to a moderate double (70%)

Front lever progressions

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
400m run
20 ring dips
20 jumping lunges

Level 3

Clean & jerk 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 (70%)

Front lever holds 5 x 12 sec (90 sec rest)

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
400m run
20 ring dips
20 jumping lunges
