Back squat – 12 minutes to work up to a heavy 6

10 dumbbell squat clean & jerk (2 x 15/10kg)

Pretty much all accurate. I’d add to number 10: don’t remove chalk from the chalk bucket either and leave it on the floor to get trampled!
