Sumo deadlift – 10 minutes to find a heavy 5

Kettlebell snatch technique

Ring support/ring tuck sit/ring L-sit 5 x 15 sec hold (choose a challenging progression for the five sets)

10 rounds for max reps:
Kettlebell snatch, left – 15 seconds (20/12kg)
Rest 15 seconds
Kettlebell snatch, right – 15 seconds
Rest 15 seconds

Level 3

Sumo deadlift – 10 minutes to find a heavy 5

Pull ups 3 x 5-10

Ring tuck sit/ring L-sit 5 x 15 sec hold (choose a challenging progression for the five sets)

10 rounds for max reps:
Kettlebell snatch, left – 15 seconds (24/16kg)
Rest 15 seconds
Kettlebell snatch, right – 15 seconds
Rest 15 seconds
