Double-under technique

Complete for time:
50 double-unders
15 ring dips
40 double-unders
12 ring dips
30 double-unders
9 ring dips
20 double-unders
6 ring dips
10 double-unders
3 ring dips

Level 3

Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3

Double under practise – in 1 minute get as many unbroken sets of 10 as possible, rest 1 minute, repeat three times in total
