Hollow body 3 x 20 sec hold
Arch hold 3 x 20 sec hold
Hollow to arch rolls – 20 in total both diretions

Complete for time:
200m run
30 weighted step-ups (2 x 15/10kg on 16/20″ box)
30 toes-to-bar
200m run
20 weighted steps-ups
20 toes-to-bar
200m run
10 weighted step-ups
10 toes-to-bar

Level 3

Overhead squat – 12 minutes to work up to a heavy single

Arch to hollow roll + v-up 3 x 10

Complete for time:
200m run
30 weighted step-ups (2 x 20/15kg on 16/20″ box)
30 toes-to-bar
200m run
20 weighted steps-ups
20 toes-to-bar
200m run
10 weighted step-ups
10 toes-to-bar
