Russian kettlebell swings 4 x 20 (as heavy as possible with 90 sec rest in between)

For time:
30 shoulder-to-overhead (42.5/30kg)
800m run
40 wall ball (9/5kg)

Level 3

Front squat – 15 minutes to establish a heavy 5

Russian kettlebell swings 4 x 20 (as heavy as possible with 90 sec rest in between)

For time:
30 shoulder-to-overhead (60/42.5kg)
800m run
40 wall ball (9/7kg)
