Clean & jerk – 15 minutes to work up to a comfortable heavy single

Push up/feet elevated push ups/handstand push ups 5-5-5+ (choose an appropriate movement from the three)

As  many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
6 push press (L2: 42.5/30kg, L3: 60/42.5kg)
8 pistols
10 v-ups (or tuck ups)

Strength & Olympic Lifting Class Athletes

Power clean + power jerk 1-1-1-1 (80% of power clean)

Push up/feet elevated push ups/handstand push ups 5-5-5+ (choose an appropriate movement from the three)

As  many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
6 push press (42.5/30kg)
8 pistols
10 v-ups (or tuck ups)
