Back squat – 15 minutes to find a 10RM

Toes-to-bar – technique/4 x unbroken max

Complete 21-15-9 of the following:
Deadlift (L2: 70/50kg, L3: 100/70kg)
Pull ups

Strength & Olympic Lifting Class Athletes

Back squat – perform 3 warm up sets then 10 (60%), 10 (65%), 10 (70%)

Toes-to-bar – technique/4 x unbroken max

Complete 21-15-9 of the following:
Deadlift (L2: 70/50kg, L3: 100/70kg)
Pull ups
