Split jerk – against a 7 minute running clock find a heavy max, then against a 5 minute running clock complete 1-1-1 (80% of earlier max)

Complete for time (30 minute cap):
1KM run

8 rounds for time:
3 power cleans (L2: 60/40kg, L3: 80/55kg)
6 push ups
9 air squats
