Kettlebell swing technique

Complete 8 rounds for max reps:
Max effort Russian kettlebell swings (20/12kg) – 20 seconds
10 seconds rest
Max effort push press (20/15kg) – 20 seconds max reps
10 seconds rest

Level 3

Clean & jerk –  heavy single (Oly Lifting Class attendees work up to 70% only)

American kettlebell swings – 7 mins to practise technique

Complete 8 rounds for max reps:
Max effort Russian kettlebell swings (24/16kg) – 20 seconds
10 seconds rest
Max effort push press (20/15kg) – 20 seconds max reps
10 seconds rest
