Weighted dip (stable surface/no rings) 5-5-5 (scale with negatives and/or static holds)

Wall walks with 10 sec hold x 10, rest as needed between reps

Complete for time:
800m run (two block runs)
50 dumbbell thrusters (2 x 15/10kg)
800m run

Level 3

Weighted dip (stable surface/no rings) 5-5-5

Wall walks with 20 sec hold x 10, rest as needed between reps

Complete for time:
800m run (two block runs)
50 dumbbell thrusters (2 x 20/15kg)
800m run
