Deadlift – 15 minutes to work up to a heavy 3
Skill: wall ball/dumbbell snatch/toes-to-bar competition standard run-through
As many reps as possible in 12 minutes:
20 wall ball
14 dumbbell snatch (L2: 15/10kg, L3: 25/15kg)
Work in two teams but everyone works individually, one team for 12 minutes with the opposing team as judges, then swap. Focus on competition standard reps. Final team score is total number of team reps divided by team members.
