Split jerk – 15 minutes to work up to a heavy double

Ring dips 4 x max effort, rest 90 seconds

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
12 thrusters (L2: 35/25kg, L3: 50/35kg)
12 knees-to-elbows

Strength & Olympic Lifting Class Athletes

Split jerk – work up to a max for the day, then 1-1-1 (80%) (15 minutes to complete)

Ring dips 4 x max effort, rest 90 seconds

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
12 thrusters (L2: 35/25kg, L3: 50/35kg)
12 knees-to-elbows
