Snatch – 15 minutes to work up to a heavy single

Squat clinic/overhead squat basics

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
5 overhead squat (L2: 40/30kg, L3: 60/40kg)
10 hand release push ups
200m run

Strength & Olympic Lifting Class Athletes

Snatch – work up to a single rep at target: 90-95%

Clean & jerk – work up to a single rep at target: 90-95%
