Snatch deadlift + snatch from shins – 15 minutes to find a heavy triple

Snatch curls 10-10-10

3 rounds for time (20 min cap):
7 muscle ups (sub: 7 pull ups + 7 ring dips)
14 power cleans (L2: 55/35kg, L3: 80/55kg)
21 box jumps

Strength & Olympic Lifting Class Athletes

Power snatch 1-1-1 (82%)

Overhead squat 1 (85%) 2-2 (75%)
