Snatch balance 3-3-3

Halting snatch deadlift + mid-hang snatch pull + snatch – 15 minutes to find a heavy single for the complex

As far up the ladder as possible in 10 minutes, 1 of each, then 2 of each, then 3 of each etc:
Goblet squat (L2: 24/16, L3: 32/24kg)
Burpee
V-up (or tuck up)

Strength & Olympic Lifting Class Athletes

Snatch balance 3-3-3 (aim for 80% for final set)

Power snatch 1-1-1-1-1 (80%)
