Snatch – 15 minutes to find a heavy single

Pistols drills/5×5 each side

“Death by Goblet Squat”
On the first minute perform 5 goblet squats (L2: 20/12kg L3: 24/16kg)
Second minute perform 6 goblet squats
Third minute perform 7 goblet squats
etc.

Strength & Olympic Lifting Class Athletes

Power snatch 2-2-2 (75%)

Pistols drills/5×5 each side
