Halting clean deadlift 5-5-5 (aim for 70% of best clean, if known)

Clean 2-2-2-2-2 (aim for 90%, if known)

False grip pull ups with 2 second pause at top 3-3-3

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
5 push press (L2: 40/30kg, L3: 60/40kg)
10 pistols
15 double-unders

Strength & Olympic Lifting Class Athletes

Good morning 10-10-10-10-10 (start at 50% of your best clean and increase each set if appropriate)
