In partners complete for time:
100 box jumps
50 push jerk (45/35kg)
100 kettlebell swing (24/16kg)
50 ring dips
Rest 5-10 minutes
In partners complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes (one athlete working per round):
5 pull ups
