As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
400m run
20 ground-t0-overhead (45/35kg)
20 burpees

Level 3

Back squat – 15 minutes to establish a heavy 5

Handstand push up (strict) 3 x 5-10

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
400m run
20 ground-t0-overhead (60/40kg)
20 burpees
