Clean & jerk – 15 minutes to work up to a heavy single

Support holds on rings 3 x 30 sec +

Complete 18-12-6 of the following for time:
Dumbbell thrusters (L2: 15/10kg, L3: 20/15kg)
Dumbbell power snatch
Burpees

Compare you score to 6th February 2014.

Strength & Olympic Lifting Class Athletes

Power clean + power jerk 1-1-1-1-1 (80% of power clean)

Support holds on rings 3 x 30 sec +

Complete 18-12-6 of the following for time:
