Push press 3-3-3

Pull ups 4 x 5-10 (strict)

4 rounds for time:
25 sit ups
10 kettlebell overhead lunges, left (16/12kg)
10 kettlebell overhead lunges, right
30 second handstand hold

Level 3

Push press 3-3-3

Pull ups 4 x max chest-to-bar (strict, straight legs/hollow body)

4 rounds for time:
25 sit ups
10 kettlebell overhead lunges, left (24/16kg)
10 kettlebell overhead lunges, right
30 second handstand hold
