Deadlift 5-3-1

Handstands – kick up/kipping technique

“Death by handstand push ups”
1st minute perform 1 handstand push up
2nd minute perform 2 handstand push ups
3rd minute perform 3 handstand push ups
Continue until you cannot complete the work in the time frame, then switch to regular push ups

Level 3

Deadlift 1-1-1

Handstands – 4 x max effort handstand hold, freestanding with spotters

“Death by handstand push ups” complete:
1st minute perform 1 handstand push up
2nd minute perform 2 handstand push ups
3rd minute perform 3 handstand push ups
Continue until you cannot complete the work in the time frame, then switch to regular push ups
