Front squat – 12 minutes to work up to a heavy double

As many reps as possible in 5 minutes:
10 sit ups
10 squats

Rest 1 minute

As many reps as possible in 5 minutes:
10 dumbbell snatch (20/12.5kg)
10 tuck-ups

Rest 1 minute

As many reps as possible in 5 minutes:
10 toes-to-bar
10 box jumps

Score = total reps

Level 3

As many reps as possible in 5 minutes:
10 sit ups
10 squats

Rest 1 minute

As many reps as possible in 5 minutes:
10 dumbbell snatch (25/15kg)
10 tuck-ups

Rest 1 minute

As many reps as possible in 5 minutes:
10 toes-to-bar
10 box jumps

Score = total reps
