“12 Days of Christmas” complete the following in the same format of the song:
1 hang power snatch (60/40kg)
2 handstand push up
3 over-the-box jumps
4 lateral bar hopping burpees
5 wall balls
6 push press (60/40kg)
7 front squats (60/40kg)
8 toes-to-bar
9 kettlebell swings (24/16kg)
10 overhead weighted lunges (20/15kg)
11 pull ups
12 clean & jerk (60/40kg)

E.g. complete 1 hang power snatch, then 2 handstand push ups + 1 hang power snatch, then 3 over-the-box jumps + 2 handstand push ups + 1 hang power snatch etc.
