“The Bear” 5 rounds, increasing weight each round and resting as necessary in between. Complete the following complex 7 times for one round:
Power clean
Front squat
Push press
Back squat
Push press (BtN)

During each of the complex sets you cannot rest on the floor, the bar must touch and go.

Note each successfully completed load.
