Its sunday, so we have an easy challenge. The invisible chair ( while turning green: no idea what happened to this photo)
Long before Crossfit came along to boost your life, the people of “olden Times” used to do isometrics because you could “get fit and trim in 90 seconds or less” ( James Hewitt). Isometrics according to James was “making the limbs adopt a fixed position of leverage and an attempt is made to complete the movement but prevented by the imposition of an immovable object, such as a wall”
To do “effective isometrics you push against an immoveable object for 6 seconds.”
But, to “celebrate” isometric exercises entering your life, today, we are simply being nasty.
TASK: We want you to hold the invisible chair for as long as you can! Post your time, somewhere!
TASK: Book your Crossfit classes
From monday we will include a cool isometrics exercise every day from James Hewitt’s book “isometrics for you” printed in 1966.
You still have to do 10,000 steps.
Monday we add some extra diet challenges.
