Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes complete:
Odd minute: between 7 (max) and 5 (min) thrusters
Even minute: 5 bar over burpees

RX thrusters start at 70/50kg. When you cannot complete 5 thrusters drop to 60/40kg hitting same range, then 50/30kg, then 40/25kg
