Over the last few days we have looked at the dish, the handstand plank, and the 1st static hold on the wall. Today we look at the pelvic tilt.

Practice Pushing your pelvis forward by clenching your buttocks together.

TASK: watch this video and build up some practice time: 5, 10, 30 seconds. Gently get used to it.
