Lent challenge day 20. The start of a positive week

This week is all about being positive: Its positive week.

Everything that happens to you can  have a positive effect: you can react negatively or you can react with a positive attitude. A positive attitude does not been being reckless or stupid or lacking professional judgement, it simply means looking for the good that every situation gives you.

When I was a bit younger, every time I dropped my guard, my coach punched me in the face. Thank god he did. When I box  I really  keep my guard up.

So  todays task:

Choose one “negative thing” today  and make it positive.
