TASK ; eat no meat, Eat fish today
THE HANDSTAND From yesterdays position, reach one leg up to the wall, then the other and hold the 1st basic wall walk position. Aim is to maintain a hollow shape with a squeezed butt.
Task: hold a gentle dish on the wall. See picture below. This is half way through the move, you need, after this, to put the other leg up as well. start “peeping” at your thumbs
