Complete for time 21-15-9 of:
Unbroken deadlifts (100/70kg)
Unbroken thrusters (42.5/30kg)

First complete the deadlifts, then move to the thrusters. One bar. Rest as needed to complete unbroken. If you cannot complete unbroken then reduce weight and reattempt.
