Muscle up – consistency and technique work

Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:
1st minute: 10 calorie row
2nd minute: 10 box jump overs
3rd minute: 10 overhead squat (35/25kg)
4th minute: 10 wall balls (9/6kg)
5th minute: rest
