A) Against a continuously running clock complete as many reps as possible, whilst one partner rests the other completes their set:
Max effort 0verhead squat (42.5/30kg) in 2 minutes
Rest 2 minutes
Max effort front squat (42.5/30kg) in 2 minutes
Rest 2 minutes
Max effort back squat (42.5/30kg) in 2 minutes

B) Immediately after complete an 800m run for time each.

Rest 10 minutes

C) Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes, with one partner working at a time:
5 pull ups (or 8 ring rows)
10 box jumps (24/20″)
15 sit ups
