Power clean + squat clean 5 x (1+2) (65-70%)

In partners complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes, whilst one partner runs 400m the other partner completes:
30 Russian kettlebell swings (32/24kg)
20 box jump overs (24/20″)

When the partner returns from the run, swap roles.
