Every 90 seconds for 18 minutes (3 sets of each) complete:
1. 10 rolling pistols (or roll to candlestick)
2. 30 sec max effort handstand push ups (0r 5 sec eccentric descent HSPU)
3. 60 sec hollow body hold
4. 3-5 bar or ring muscle ups
