Clean first pull 3-3-3-3

For time complete:
21-15-9 unbroken deadlift (100/70kg)
21-15-9 unbroken thrusters (42.5/30kg)
First complete all the deadlift, then thrusters. Rest as needed between sets. One bar only. If you cannot complete unbroken then drop to a weight you can complete unbroken.
