Ring dips 5 x 3-7 reps

“Partner Dirty Thirty”. In teams of 2, one working at a time, complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes:
30 box jumps (24/20″)
30 pull ups
30 American kettlebell swings (24/16kg)
30 overhead walking lunges (20/15kg)
30 knees to elbows
30 push press (42.5/30kg)
30 hip extensions
30 wall ball (9/6kg)
30 burpees
30 double-unders
