Push jerk – 10 minutes to work up to a heavy triple

In teams of 2 complete the following with one partner working for the first minute, then rests for the following minute as the partner works. 3 rounds of:
60 sec max effort kettlebell snatch (24/16kg)
60 sec rest
60 sec max effort push ups
60 sec rest
60 sec max effort knees-to-elbows
60 sec rest
60 sec max effort box jump
60 sec rest
60 sec max effort anchored sit ups
60 sec rest
