Muscle up transition and kipping technique

Compete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes:
12 thrusters
35 double-unders

Thruster weight increases each round:
Men: 30kg, 40kg, 50kg, 60kg, 70kg, 80kg etc.
Women: 25kg, 30kg, 35kg, 40kg, 50kg, 60kg etc.
