Every 2 minutes on the minute for the 12 minutes: 3 good mornings

Athlete Games 2016 WOD 1
1st minute: 5 burpee over the bar and 1 front squat (choose your weight)
2nd minute: 5 burpee over the bar and 2 front squat
3rd minute: 5 burpee over the bar and 3 front squat
4th minute: 5 burpee over the bar and 4 front squat
Follow this pattern until you cannot complete the work within the minute.

Score is weight x total front squat reps
