Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
15 air squats
7 hang squat snatch (60/40kg)
3 strict pull ups

Fitness

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
10 air squats
10 hang squat snatch
10 ring rows
