2 front squat
*add 10kg each minute
*goal is 10 minutes

Rest 2 minutes

5 front squats (60% of heaviest double)

2 front squat
*add 5kg each minute
*goal is 10 minutes

Rest 2 minutes

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
5 front squats (60% of heaviest double)

Fitness

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
3 back squats

Rest 2 minutes

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
6 split squats
