15 strict handstand push up

RXD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
Run 800m
30 power snatch (42.5/30kg)
15 handstand push up

Fitness

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
Run 400m
15 power snatch
10 shoulder press
