Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:
Odd minute: 16 front rack double kettlebell lunges (24/16kgs)
Even minute: 45 sec iron cross hold with load

RXD

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:
Odd minute: 14 front rack double kettlebell lunges (16/12kgs)
Even minute: 45 sec iron cross hold with load

Fitness

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:
Odd minute: 10 front squat double lunges
Even minute: 20 sec side plank hold per side
