* Every 2 minutes perform 10 shuttle runs

RXD

Complete 7 rounds for time:
25 double-unders
15 pull ups
* Every 2 minutes perform 8 shuttle runs

Fitness

Complete 7 rounds for time:
40 plate fast-feet
15 ring rows
* Every 2 minutes perform 6 shuttle runs
