Within 20 minutes complete:
1km row
Then as many reps as possible:
50 wall balls (9/6kg)
30 ring push ups
10 overhead squats (60/42.5kg)

RXD

Within 20 minutes complete:
1km row
Then as many reps as possible:
40 wall balls (9/6kg)
20 ring push ups
10 overhead squats (42.5/30kg)

Fitness

Within 20 minutes complete:
1km row
Then as many reps as possible:
25 wall balls
15 ring push ups
10 overhead squats
